AVVA Scottish Gin is their original gin, made with 11 botanicals and distilled slowly in a copper still. Regional botanicals of mint, rowan, dandelion, nettle and red clover join the classic recipe of juniper, coriander seed, citrus peels and angelica root.
Avva is a classic London dry gin, juniper forward with an even balance middle note and a clean moorish finish.
Their still named "Jessie-Jean" uses a vapour basket to extract the oils into the spirit creating a light easy drinking gin.
70cl at 43% alc/vol.
Avva Gin is herbaceous and savoury with prominent juniper and a slight peppery heat.

Cocktail Recipe - AVVA White Lady
35ml Avva Gin
25ml Lemon Juice
15ml Curacao triple sec/Cointreau
15ml Sugar syrup
- Prep the serving glass of choice with ice.
- Fill a shaker 3/4 with ice then add ingredients listed above, seal shaker & shake for 5-10 seconds
- Empty ice from serving glass, strain Avva White Lady into chilled glass & garnish with Lemon Peel.
