All of our orders are shipped using the Royal Mail on a 48 Hour service, we use the Royal Mail as they provide excellent coverage throughout the U.K. regardless of your location.
Due to the challenges of working through the lockdown, the Royal Mail will not guarantee their normal level of service: due the social distancing, the change of operating hours at Post Offices and the reduced frequency of home deliveries.
So what does this mean for your order? In general we are finding that our parcels are usually delivered in around 3-4 days as opposed to the usual 2 days/48 hours that is typically achieved. We believe that the Royal Mail are doing a fantastic job in very difficult circumstances and we ask that where possible you allow sufficient time for your order arrive and if you have a special occasion please build in a little extra time to avoid disappointment.
