Dunedin Rum is produced using traditional methods - sugar cane molasses is slowly fermented in a warm fermenter (to compensate for our lack of Caribbean climate!) and distilled using a matched pair of small, hand-made copper stills. This rum boasts a bold fruity nose, with notes of dark chocolate.
70cl at 43% alc/vol.

TASTING NOTES
Sipping the golden spirit gives a complex blend of sweet vanilla and spicy flavours which give way to burnt sugar and caramel with a rich oaky finish.

Great in cocktails, poured over ice, or with ginger beer or a good cola.
