TASTING NOTES
A refreshingly smooth balance of exotic citrus sweetened with a warm spice and subtle heat on the finish. On the nose it delivers an aromatic blend of citrus and spice.
Serving Suggestions
50ml shot of Lunun Gin over ice, topped up with a premium tonic (we recommend Cushiedoo’s Premium tonic) and a wedge of fresh lime.
Cocktail Recipe – Lunun Gin Martini:
Ingredients:
50ml Lunun Gin
1 barspoon (5ml) of vermouth
Kaffir lime leaf
Method: Stir with kaffir lime leaf and served straight up in a martini glass. Kaffir lime leaf as garnish.

25ml Aelder Elixir
25ml lemon juice
15ml egg white
15ml sugar syrup
Method: Shaken with ice and served straight up in a martini glass. Raspberry dust as garnish
