One of the top Amarone wines in the UK, made from a blend of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara. The grapes are hand harvested and dried out for four months and then crushed. The wine is aged in Slavonian oak casts and small French barrique for two years.

TASTING NOTES
Hints of mocha on the nose with ripe, sweet plummy fruits. Black cherry on the palate and notes of dark chocolate.

Ideal instead of port with an after dinner cheese course.
