The Glenallachie 8 Year Old, Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a new addition to the Glenallachie core range. Created from a combination of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry puncheons along with a small quantity of Virgin Oak casks and red wine barriques, the resulting spirit delivers sherry-matured sophistication. It is bottled un-chill filtered and with no added colouring.

APPEARANCE
Sunset Bronze.
NOSE
Heather honey, butterscotch and cinnamon, followed by waves of ginger, toasted almonds and mocha.
TASTE
Lashings of treacle, dried sultanas and butterscotch, with cinnamon, peppermint and honeycomb.
