Tidal Rum, is a golden aged rum blend, born in the Caribbean, slowly aged in oak casks and infused with rare marine botanicals gathered on Jersey’s full moon tides. Crafted from a blend of rums distilled in Jamaica, Barbados, Trinidad and the Dominican Republic, each aged in ex-bourbon white oak casks for between two and three years. The result is a beautifully complex and refined craft rum balanced with deep truffle flavours from our oak-smoked pepper dulse seaweed.

TASTING NOTES
The combination of rums gives a full spectrum of flavour, from tropical fruits to dried fruit, salted toffee and long-oaked finish, all enhanced by the deep earthy truffle-nature of the Dulse.
Serving Suggestions
Two measures of Tidal Rum, topped up with soda and fresh lime over plenty of ice. Finish with a dash of Angostura bitters for a perfect refresher and enjoy!
