Wild Island distillers Cut Colonsay Gin is a Scottish Gin handcrafted in small batches on the Hebridean Isle of Colonsay. Distiller’s Cut is a London Dry style gin made on the Isle of Colonsay using 17 botanicals with 7 gathered locally including redcurrants, lemon balm and sea buckthorn. The result is a Gin that is incredibly smooth, warm and sweet gentle spice.
