Slow distilled by hand in medieval copper pot stills at The Shed Distillery, this refreshing Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin combines eight pot still and four vapour-infused botanicals gathered on founder PJ’s journey from China back to Drumshanbo. It also features the unique and delicious Citrus monstruosa found only in Sardinia. The result of this curious discovery is a novel expression of Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin with subtle hints of Sardinian Citrus.

TASTING NOTES
Peppery and earthy at first, with hefty juniper and herbaceous tea notes, with a spark of orange and grapefruit at its heart.
Serving Suggestions
Goes very well in a Sardinian Lemonade which consists of two parts Gunpowder Irish Gin with Sardinian Citrus, mixed with one part fresh lemon juice, topped up with chilled premium ginger beer and garnished with fresh red grapefruit and mint.
