Iguana Rum is a molasses based Rum that is distilled in Panama to a centuries old recipe brought over from Cuba. It is matured for five years in oak barrels, which results in a rounded flavour, adding to the rum’s complexity.
70cl at 40% alc/vol.
Delicate, warm, sugarcane sweetness, with pronounced vanilla notes, a little bit of spice and a hint of oakiness.
It can be enjoyed on the rocks, but will reveal its full potential in cocktails.
