Linkwood was estblished in 1821, however did't start production until 1824. The distillery logo has the emblem of a swan, which is a reference to the distillery's resident population of Swans. The 12 Year Old is part of Diageo's Flora and Fauna series.

TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Fresh soft-fruits with a hint of vanilla, then light cigar-box notes are perceptible, and a faint hint of expensive ladies' perfume.
TASTE
Sweet, overall. Viscous, but fresh and clean: a pleasant acidity helps to maintain this.
FINISH
Cedar notes emerge in the finish, which is long.
