Founders Robert Hicks and Helen Chalmers began planning The Highland Liquor Co in 2014. After testing 96 combinations, they reached the final recipe for Seven Crofts Gin. Head Distiller Ben Thompson joined the team in 2018 and distils the gin in 100L stills. This is a Navy strength edition of the stunning Seven Crofts Gin, dubbed Fisherman’s Strength! It features juniper, pink peppercorn, cubeb, and fresh lemon peel, all bottled up at 57% ABV.

TASTING NOTES
Enjoyably spicy up front with pepper and juniper, balanced by cooling hints of lemon, with a subtle earthiness building underneath.
Serving Suggestions
Serve in a straight glass with lots of ice, a good quality tonic (1 part gin to 2 parts tonic) and garnished with a slice of orange.
