From one of Speyside’s best-known sherried distilleries, this 14-year-old single malt arrives with plenty of intrigue, with Signatory keeping the source firmly under wraps. This release is finished in 1st Fill Pedro Ximénez butts, offering a point of difference from previous Oloroso releases. It delivers the rich, elegant character sherry cask fans look for, backed by a generous age statement. Bottled without chill filtration and with natural colour, this is a polished and rewarding dram with no shortage of mystery.
Available in a 700ml bottle, at 48.2% abv.
