The GlenAllachie 2015 Sinteis Series, is a unique blend of two bold yet complementary cask types. Matured in rare Scottish virgin oak barrels and classic Oloroso sherry casks, this 17-year-old, 70cl expression delivers exceptional depth and character.
The aroma is a harmonious blend of dark chocolate, nutmeg, and citrus fruits, with notes of mocha, honeycomb, and spiced red berries. On the palate, heather honey, citrus, and baking spices lead to ginger snaps, poached orchard fruits, and a lingering mocha-vanilla finish.
Bottled at cask strength, Sinteis Part ll merges 2015 single malt matured in Oloroso sherry casks with spirit from rare Scottish virgin oak barrels. This combination allows whisky lovers to discover the untapped potential of virgin oak, as it is brought to life through the comforting depth of the sherry influence.
Available in 700ml bottles, at 58.2% abv.

NOSE
Mocha, grilled honeycomb and sun-dried red berries, with cinnamon butter, toasted lemon peel and muscovado sugar.
