Tormore 10 year Old Cream Sherry Cask is part of the Blueprint series features three distinct cask maturations: Bourbon Barrel, Toasted Barrel, and Cream Sherry Cask, each bottled at 48% ABV and limited to 1,500 bottles per expression. Tormore Cream Sherry Cask, utilises Spanish cream Sherry casks. Historically, the popular Sherry style blends dryer wine such as oloroso with a sweeter wine like Pedro Ximenez. For the Tormore single malt, ageing in cream Sherry casks result in notes of dried fruits and orange peel.
