As part of the new Legacy limited series, Tormore distillery manager Polly Logan and Elixir Distillers’ master blender Oliver Chilton have selected single casks from the 2003, 2009, and 2012 vintage. Each cask showcases the distillery’s DNA through first fill and second fill bourbon maturation. Drawn from second fill cask #800313, this expression was bottled in March 2025 at 52.3% abv, with an outturn of just 210 bottles.
