Vilarnau is consistently one of the best Cavas on the market. Made from organically-grown grapes, it’s 85% Garnatxa, 15% Pinot Noir, and aged over 15 months in the bottle, creating a delicate, fruity Cava.

TASTING NOTES
In the nose, it offers the characteristic aromas of a delicate rosé cava. It shows the subtlety of violets and roses in combination with ripe red fruits: strawberries, blackberries, blueberries. On the palate it is soft, very creamy, fresh and elegant.
Serving Suggestions
This is very fresh and fruity cava that should be served at 6 - 8oC and we therefore recommend serving it as an aperitif or to accompany pasta dishes, pizza, paella and fideuá.
