AATTA Dry Scottish Gin, a hand-crafted Orkney Gin, is inspired by local history and folklore. The name “Aatta,” meaning eight in Old Norse, the language once spoken on the Orkney Islands, reflects the gin’s eight-times distillation process and eight botanicals.
AATTA is a complex and bright London Dry Gin. Whole Croatian juniper adds a piney and green freshness, while fresh Sicilian oranges provide a bright zest and zing. Hand-picked rose hips add a lively and slightly floral touch, with the seeds inside adding another dimension of earthy richness. A few sticks of cinnamon contribute another earthy yet slightly sweet component, while whole Madagascan vanilla gives the spirit a long and velvety finish.
