Ardnamurchan AD Core, a single malt Scotch whisky, is the distillery’s core release. It’s a harmonious blend of 50% unpeated and 50% peated whisky, matured in both ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. The cask composition consists of 65% ex-bourbon barrels from Kentucky and 35% ex-sherry casks, including Oloroso and PX sherries from Jerez. This unique combination of coastal characteristics with peat, fruits, and marshmallows creates a distinct flavor profile. The 70cl bottle is bottled without coloring or chill filtration, preserving its natural, robust taste.
