This family-owned distillery began with the conversion of a steading in 2012. Aiming to support the local area, 80% of the tradesmen that worked on building the distillery came from within 25 miles of Ballindalloch. Work finished in 2014,
and filled their first ever cask in September that year.
This limited release from the Ballindalloch Distillery has been matured solely in an Ex-Oloroso Sherry Cask for 8 years. Bottled at a natural cask strength of 61.1% with natural colouring and non-chill filtration.
