TASTING NOTES
Intense pale amber color with coppery glints. Its trace on the inside of the glass, draws moderate tears. Its aroma is of toasted wood, accompanied by vanilla, complex notes of sandalwood, coconut and ginger. The palate combines the memories perceived on the nose, woody and mellow. A long finish, subtly spicy and dry.
Serving Suggestions
Perfect neat at room temperature or chilled over ice. Pairs wonderfully with aged cheeses and dark chocolate.
