This aged Caribbean rum incorporates native spices inspired by 16th and 17th-century recipes used by West Indian sailors. It’s crafted using spices native to the Caribbean and sugar cane from the islands and South America. Tropical fruit and spices dominate the flavour, and a splash of ginger beer would enhance those warmer notes.
Available in a 700ml bottle, at 40% abv.
TASTING NOTES
Banoffee pie, oak spice and caramel, with touches of chocolate and allspice.
Serving Suggestions
A splash of ginger beer goes well with Bumbu to create a longer drink. Or it's also a great sipping rum too.
