Caol Ila Moch, a Gaelic name for dawn, is a crisp, assertive, and bright whisky. It’s a smoky, single malt from a remote distillery on Islay, Scotland’s most renowned whisky island. Unreduced, it has a sweet and salty flavour with a balancing acidity, showcasing its trademark smoky-antiseptic character. Notably, Caol Ila Moch was the first single malt from the distillery to be chosen solely based on its taste, rather than factors like age, cask wood, strength, or finish.
Available in a 700ml bottle at 43% abv.
