Daftmill is a farm distillery, owned and operated by the Cuthbert family, it only runs in the farm’s quiet periods; mid-summer and winter, sometimes producing as few as 100 casks per year.
This release was produced from the distillery's own Concerto barley that was harvested in September 2011 and distilled in 2012. It has been matured entirely in first-fill bourbon barrels until 2025. A classic example of Daftmill’s elegant style, with only 5,250 bottles produced.

TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Lemon drizzle cake, green apple peel, vanilla cream and freshly cut hay.
TASTE
Orchard fruits, white chocolate, malted biscuit and a flutter of mint.
FINISH
Crisp, lightly oaked and quietly moreish, with citrus zest and soft grassiness.
