Ingredients: 50ml Dancing Puffin Vodka
50ml Aperol
25 ml Grenadine
A good squeeze of fresh lemon juice
150ml orange juice
Slice of orange and mint spring to garnish
Method: Mix the vodka, Aperol and grenadine in a shaker containing ice, shake and strain into a martini glass and top up with orange juice.
Garnish with a slice of fresh orange and a sprig of mint and enjoy!
