Ingredients: 50ml Dancing Puffin Vodka, 50ml Aperol, 25ml Grenadine, a good squeeze of fresh lemon juice, 150ml orange juice & a slice of orange and mint spring to garnish
Method: Mix the vodka, Aperol and grenadine in a shaker containing ice, shake and strain into a martini glass and top up with orange juice.Garnish with a slice of fresh orange and a sprig of mint and enjoy!
