Eden Mill, originally established as a brewery on the site of an old paper mill near St. Andrews in 2012, expanded its operations in 2014 by installing copper stills with the intention of producing single malt whisky. This whisky was first released in 2018.
In the meantime, Eden Mill Distillery ventured into the gin market, utilising local botanicals to create a variety of gins. Love Gin, a part of Eden Mills’ classic gin range, features sweeter botanicals such as rose, goji berries, and raspberries, resulting in a visually appealing pink gin.
Available in a 700ml bottle, at 40 % abv
