Freixenet Prosecco is made from a blend of Glera and Pinot Noir grape varieties from Italy’s Prosecco region of Veneto. Whole grape bunches are gently pressed, and the juice undergoes slow-cooled fermentation to preserve the grape’s delicate aromatics and freshness. A second fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in pressurised stainless steel tanks, resulting in a fruity, fresh, and seductive sparkling wine with remaining natural sugar.
