Glengoyne 15 Year Old is part of the distillery's core range. This expression showcases contrast and harmony. Marrying together whiskies wholly matured in bourbon and sherry casks in perfect balance creates a fascinating interplay between the resinous, sweetly dark orchard fruit notes imparted by sherry maturation and the brighter vanilla flavours of bourbon wood. The result is an intriguing and complex dram that's recognisably Glengoyne, but looked at from a different perspective. The cask mix consists of 20% first fill bourbon. 25% first fill sherry. 55% refill casks.
