The bottle reflects the impressive island geology, while the recipe combines ten carefully chosen botanicals, including Raasay juniper, sweet orange peel, lemon peel, and their double-distilled spirit. Bottled at 46% using water from the distillery well, this is the first legal spirit from an island steeped in centuries of illicit distilling.
