Isle of Raasay Special Release 2025 Edition, a limited-edition cask-strength single malt Scotch whisky, comprises 5,500 bottles globally. This expression has been matured in six distinct cask types: peated and unpeated first-fill Rye whiskey casks, fresh Chinkapin oak casks, and first-fill Bordeaux red wine casks. These six recipe casks harmonise to create an exquisite dram with remarkable elegance, complexity, and depth of character. The resulting whisky is a lightly peated dram with notes of dark fruits and spices. It has a natural colour and is non-chill filtered.
Available in a 700ml bottle, at 61.6% abv.
