Kingsbarns Doocot, named after a traditional nesting shelter for doves and pigeons, embodies the signature Kingsbarns style with additional time in the cask for development and maturation. Crafted from whisky aged in 90% bourbon barrels and 10% STR (shaved, toasted, and re-charred) casks, Doocot maintains the Kingsbarns style by producing a sweet, creamy, and moreish dram.
Available in a 700ml bottle, at 46% abv.

Sweet and floral, with apricot, foam banana sweets, digestives, and a little flinty element.
TASTE
Incredibly buttery and creamy, with heaps of tropical fruit, a hint of rhubarb, some aromatic spice, and citrus.
FINISH
Long and delicately sweet, with a slightly sour raspberry note.
