Mount Gay Eclipse Rum, is matured in ex-american whiskey casks. It is distilled using a combination of traditional column and double retort pot stills. The result is a rum that is crisp and aromatic. A perfect rum for your favourite rum cocktail!

Mullins Cooler Ingredients:
45ml Mount Gay Eclipse
22.5ml Vanilla Syrup
15ml Fresh Lime Juice
Ice Cubes
Sparkling Water to Top
Method: Add all ingredients over ice cubes into a chilled tumbler, stir with a bar spoon and top with sparkling water. Enjoy!
