Plantation 5 Year Old Rum is a caribbean rum that has been double aged in two locations and cask types, namely Bourbon casks in the Caribbean and in Cognac casks in France. A mixture of surprisingly sweet and spicy notes.

Surprisingly sweet palate entry, with molasses and hints of leather to the fore, alongside orange rind and salted butter. Allspice.
