Select is made by using the same authentic production method since 1920. This is done by carefully blending 30 botanicals, including juniper berries and rhubarb root. The juniper berries undergo a special maceration and distillation process to reach their purest form. This gives Select its fresh and resinous notes and enhances the product’s structure and persistence.

TASTING NOTES
Deep red in colour it has classic notes of orange zest, ginger, cardamom and vanilla.
Serving Suggestions
Best served as a traditional Venetian-style Spritz by mixing three parts Prosecco, two parts Select and one part soda, finished with a slice of orange or a green olive.
