Taking the local Applemint, which thrives on Unst, Shetland, the team created a classic dry gin with notes of juniper, spice, and a sweet mint finish. Complemented with fresh mint, lavender, and grapefruit, our Perfect Serve is a must-try for all G&T enthusiasts!

TASTING NOTES
The initial palate has juniper, mixed spice, sweetness with a citrus tang and a refreshing hint of mint at the end. The finish is clean and fresh.
