North British Distillery’s bold and beautifully balanced single grain whisky is a 15-year-old Signatory Vintage release distilled in 2009. Matured in a blend of first-fill and second-fill oloroso sherry butts alongside bourbon barrels it offers the best of both worlds: rich sherried depth and classic bourbon sweetness. Bottled in 2025 without chill-filtration or added colour at a punchy 100 Proof (57.1% ABV). On the palate you will find sherry-soaked raisins, butterscotch, and spiced oak balanced with bourbon-driven toffee and honey with a long, lingering finish, a true delight.
