Wild Island Botanic Gin, handcrafted in small batches on the Hebridean Isle of Colonsay, is a premium Scottish Gin. Distilled using traditional gin botanicals, it’s complemented by a delicate array of island botanicals, including lemon balm, meadowsweet, wild water mint, heather flowers, bog myrtle, and sea buckthorn. This unique blend results in an incredibly smooth and delicious gin.

Cocktail Recipe – Southside:
Ingredients:
50ml Wild Island Botanic Gin
25ml Lime Juice
20ml Sugar Syrup
8 Mint leaves
Sprig of Mint to garnish
Method: Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake vigourously for 15-30 seconds. Double strain into a chilled champagne coupe. Garnish with a Sprig of Mint.
