Crafted with 100% Golden Promise barley and matured in a carefully balanced combination of 68% first-fill bourbon casks and 32% first-fill sherry casks, this expression allows the character of Golden Promise to take centre stage.
Rich and full-bodied, it delivers layers of warm buttery pastry, stewed apples, brown sugar and gentle baking spices, with a lingering, satisfying finish.
