The anCnoc Sherry Cask Finish, Peated Edition is now a permanant edition to Knockdhus' family of single malts. The whisky is made up of a combination of Knockdhu’s peated and non-peated spirit, and after an initial maturation period in American oak casks, it’s finished in sherry butts from Jerez - creating a soft and sweet, yet smoky malt whisky.
