Knockdhus’ family of single malts now includes the permanent edition, the anCnoc Sherry Cask Finish, Peated Edition. This whisky is a blend of Knockdhu’s peated and non-peated spirits. After an initial maturation period in American oak casks, it’s finished in sherry butts, resulting in a soft, sweet, yet smoky malt whisky.
Available in a 700ml bottle, at 40% alcohol by volume.

TASTE
Toffee apples coated in warming spices and deep vanilla. A rich, sweet, smoky character.

Long, wood smoke, caramel, vanilla.
