
The Ardnamurchan Midgie has been crafted to honour Scotland’s most infamous creature, the Highland Midge.
This year’s release is a vatting of 34% ex-American bourbon barrels, 49% Ruby Port Barriques and 17% Tawny port casks. It's a split of approximately 70% unpeated spirit and 30% peated spirit.
Available in a 700ml bottle, at 48% ABV.

APPEARANCE
Golden Copper.
NOSE
Red raspberry, golden syrup, freshly cut cedar, crème de violette, home baked soft almond biscuits, preserved Moroccan lemons in salt brine, lightly smoked Christmas spiced ham.
TASTE
Gentle cigar smoke, bramble, lemon thyme, pink peppercorn, piri piri spice, syrup of figs, plum clafoutis, nutmeg.
FINISH
Bitter orange, juicy, sea salt, persistently persistent.
