Ardnamurchan Tokaji Cask Release was made with 100% unpeated spirit matured in a combination of 28 Bourbon barrels re-racked in Tokaji casks and two fully matured Bourbon barrels. It is a limited release of 8736 bottles.
As always with Ardnamurchan, this bottle is natural colour and unchill-filtered.
Available in a 700ml bottle, at 52%abv.

Acacia Honey
NOSE
Fresh pear and green apples, bamboo, cornflakes, sandalwood, sour apple sweets, baked banana. Bright combination of floral & funky.
TASTE
Sugared almonds, nashi pear, sweet & salty popcorn, white pepper & mace, lemon pith, candied ginger, rose petals and pine wood.
FINISH
Saline, spicy, balanced.
