This family-owned distillery, established in 2012, began with the conversion of a steading. The distillery’s primary objective was to support the local community, and 80% of the tradespeople involved in its construction were from within 25 miles of Ballindalloch. The distillery was completed in 2014, and in September of that year, they filled their first-ever cask.
Celebrate true “field-to-bottle” whisky with Ballindalloch 7 Year Old – 2017 Vintage, UK Exclusive Single Cask. Distilled entirely from estate-grown barley and laid down in a single Pedro Ximénez sherry butt (#410), this young Speyside malt was drawn in May 2025, yielding just 640 bottles. The fresh PX cask floods Ballindalloch’s creamy malt with waves of dried fruit, dark chocolate and warming spice - non-chill-filtered and natural in colour.
Available in a 70cl bottle, this whisky boasts an impressive 61.6% alcohol by volume.
