A special limited-edition single malt Scotch whisky from Ballindalloch Distillery, The Castle was made to celebrate the launch of Sunday Times Best Seller John Sutherland’s latest novel of the same name. Just like a great thriller, this whisky holds a twist — its classic Speyside character takes an unexpected turn with a hint of peat smoke.
Matured in a combination of bourbon and peated casks, this marks the first time the distillery has introduced a smoky element to its spirit. The result is a rich, layered dram.
With 2400 bottles worldwide, this bottle is available in a 70cl bottle, and boasts an impressive 50% alcohol by volume.
