This family-owned distillery began with the conversion of a steading in 2012. Aiming to support the local area, 80% of the tradesmen that worked on building the distillery came from within 25 miles of Ballindalloch. Work finished in 2014,
and filled their first ever cask in September that year.
This single cask beauty hails from Speyside producer Ballindalloch. It’s drawn from a single virgin oak hogshead after eight years of maturation. The spirit is distilled from estate-grown Laureate barley and bottled as a UK exclusive at cask strength of 62.7%. Ballindalloch’s production involves long fermentation times and worm tubs, resulting in a delicate and fruity spirit.
Available in a 700ml bottle, at 62.7% abv.
