This is Ballindalloch’s first-ever lightly peated expression, launched on April 24th, the same day as the book launch of John Sutherland’s crime thriller, The Castle.
Enjoy the renowned fruitiness of Ballindalloch Single Malt with a hint of smoke, all while immersed in the enchanting atmosphere of a castle inspired by the legendary Ballindalloch Castle.
The casks used for this bottle were selected from a mixture of first and second fill Bourbon casks from 2015, with the second fills previously containing peated whisky.

With 2400 bottles worldwide, this bottle is available in a 70cl bottle, and boasts an impressive 50% alcohol by volume.
