One of Edinburgh’s newest distilleries, Bonnington, began production in 2020. It released its inaugural whisky in early 2024 and quickly gained attention for its easy-drinking, lowland style malts. This single malt was matured in Muscat casks and bottled at 47% with no added colour or chill-filtration, resulting in incredible depth of flavour.
Available in a 700ml bottle, at 47% abv.
