The Burning Barn Rum Brand started after an enormous fire engulfed the family farm. The fire inspired the brand and the flavours they use – they roast the spices themselves for this Spiced Rum. The rum is then blended to perfection with toasted coconut, smooth vanilla, dark molasses, aromatic allspice, fiery ginger and bird's eye chilli.

Intensely smoky with hints of apple and burnt treacle, beguilingly smooth after a punchy nose.
