North Point Distillery is based in the very North of Scotland and do things a little differently. They distil their spirits using only the best, sustainable ingredients, using hand-selected whisky casks from local whisky distilleries to mature and finish their Rum. The local community and area are what inspired their story - the heritage of Caithness and the story of the pilots (think adventures across the sea and inadvertently ending up in the Caribbean - it makes for an interesting read!).
Being from one of the most northerly parts of Scotland, there is the beauty of nature all around and the preservation of such nature is important to do so in whatever way possible. North Point is committed to sustainability and using recycled materials wherever they can.
Distilled using the finest molasses and cane spirit, North Point Spiced Rum combines the richness of cacao with the warmth of Seville Oranges to create a beautifully balanced rum.
