Freixenet Prosecco is made from 100% Glera grapes from Italy’s Prosecco region of Veneto. Whole bunches of grapes are gently pressed, and the juice undergoes a slow-cooled fermentation process to preserve the delicate aromas and freshness of the grapes. This second fermentation takes place in pressurised stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After a few weeks, the remaining natural sugars result in a fresh, fruity, and seductive sparkling wine.

TASTING NOTES
